Sue Warner is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has been with ACHC for over 35 years. She received her Nursing degree from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Spokane, WA. Sue then went on to graduate from Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon, WI with a Master of Science in Nursing - Nurse Practitioner degree. Sue specializes in cardiovascular and chronic disease management, along with women's health issues.  Having been raised here, Sue is honored to provide quality health care to her friends and neighbors and any who visit here.  Sue enjoys spending time with her family and participating in Eastern Star. 

Jean Cole,

Physical Therapist

Jean received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her Physical Therapy graduate degree from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO, with a semester abroad. Starting her career with St. Luke's Health System performing treadmill stress tests, sports physicals and aquatic therapy, she transitioned into home health care in Hailey and Council, Idaho. At ACHC, Jean specializes in pre- and post- operative orthopedics of the spine & extremities; and is involved in the medical weight loss program, facilitating weight loss through exercise. Focusing her continuing education on total joint replacements, sports & spinal injuries, PT for Parkinson's Disease and strokes, Jean makes time to ski, hike with her dogs, bike and garden.

Tawni is an Idaho native who spent many years in skin care.  After raising her three boys, she returned to school and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University and her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from East Tennessee State University. Her nursing experience was spent in the hospital acute care setting and at the Boise VA. Tawni  is honored to have provided care for our Veterans and is looking forward to serving them here at ACHC.  Tawni enjoys providing medical care to all ages with a focus on weight loss management, cortisone injections and skin care.

Amy is a homegrown Idahoan with a passion for the rural life.  She and her family have spent their weekends on Fort Hall hill since 2001 and are excited to (finally!) be settling in to the community full-time.  With over 25 years of health care experience, Amy enjoys helping families across their lifespan.  She will work with you to promote wellness and holistic self-care whenever possible.

After Jordan Blanchard graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, he attended the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he received his Medical Degree in 2011.  Dr. Blanchard completed his residency at the Utah Valley Family Medicine Residency in 2014 and is excited to live and work in Weiser and Council.  Dr. Blanchard enjoys getting to know his patients and be able to follow them through a lifetime of care.  His interests include Women's and Men's health, pediatrics, seniors and Urgent Care.  Dr. Blanchard is now offering DOT physicals at ACHC.

Beth Bauer is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatrics and women’s health. A Council native, she graduated CHS in 2004.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University, and a Master of Science in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University.    Beth has worked as a nurse in ortho-neuro/medical-surgical, family practice, and emergency department and as a Family Nurse Practitioner in pediatrics and family practice.
She is dedicated to finding the best treatment options for her patients through a holistic approach.   Beth loves spending time with her family in the outdoors and going to community events and is thrilled to be providing care in her home-town.
